We collaborate together based on: customer requirements, manufacturability, low cost, reproducibility, consistent quality, and time-to-market! In advance, you will receive a justified quotation from us and, if desired, proto and zero-series costs, so that both parties have clarity. Intensive collaboration with the customer in this phase is of essential importance.

Once the calculation is approved and the drawing package is 'frozen', we proceed to produce a small batch of product components. The welding jigs are designed as 3D models and then fabricated. The product components are fitted into the mold to ensure a perfect fit.
