Once the calculation is approved and the set of drawings is 'frozen', we proceed to produce a small batch of product components. The welding jigs are designed as 3D models and then built. We fit the product components into the mold to ensure they fit perfectly. Checking and matching theory and practice! This allows us to test the complete product, make adjustments if necessary, and prepare it for future serial production. A good welding jig is the foundation for the desired result. Since the mold production takes place in-house, we can achieve this in a short timeframe.
