VDL HMI is a supplier company specialised in metalworking such as tube laser cutting, sheet laser cutting, bending, sawing, robotic & manual welding. We are specialists in tube and box profiles as well as in sheet metal work. Intensive collaboration with our partners is key to success from start to finish. Laser cutting operations

Tube laser cutting is an easy way to cut customized metal profiles without drilling or sawing yourself. Using CNC tube laser cutting machines, the process is fully automated, ensuring high precision. The 4 tube laser machines from VDL HMI cut steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, tailored to your design.

Edges & Transfer

At VDL HMI, we offer innovative solutions for metal bending. Thanks to our advanced press brakes, we are capable of accurately processing a wide range of materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Our expertise allows us to produce products with a maximum width of 4,000 mm, with a focus on precision, quality, and efficiency.

CNC Milling

Milling is a subtractive process in which material is removed using a rotating tool, the cutter. Milling is an operation carried out on our milling machines equipped with the most extensive tools. Milling is often used on products with complex geometric shapes and precise tolerances.

Robot & manual welding

At VDL HMI, quality and craftsmanship are at the core, and manual welding is an essential part of that. Our experienced welders combine precision with passion to create high-quality welds that meet the strictest standards.

Assembly follow-up treatment

In addition to producing metal parts, VDL HMI also handles the complete assembly. In a clean working environment, we offer a comprehensive solution for serial production and outsourcing of your manufacturing.

Our Services

Mold production

Once the calculation is approved and the drawing package is 'frozen', we proceed to produce a small batch of product components. The welding jigs are designed as 3D models and then fabricated. The product components are fitted into the mold to ensure a perfect fit.

Engineering

We translate your idea or concept from a 'Design Brief' into a 3D model and create a complete set of drawings for production. We collaborate together based on: customer requirements, manufacturability, low cost, reproducibility, consistent quality, and time-to-market! In advance, you will receive a justified quotation from us and, if desired, proto and zero-series costs, so that both parties have clarity. Intensive collaboration with the customer in this phase is of essential importance.
